Welcome to Calvary Curriculum’s 2026 Children’s Ministry Conference. The theme for this year’s conference is “Shaping Little Hearts through His Word.” We are so looking forward to what the Lord has planned for this weekend. It has been said that a child’s worldview will be developed by age 11. This is why ministry to children and youth is so crucial. There are many ways that children’s hearts are shaped. The god of this world is doing everything possible to cause the children to think in worldly ways, but the most impactful shaping that takes place in a child’s life is through the Word of God. Proverbs 4:23 states, “Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life.” The meaning of “diligence” refers to a constant steady effort, earnest, engaged, and doing something with great care. This is hard work, but extremely important and effective! Are we helping to guard a child’s life? To do this, we should understand 2 Timothy 3:16, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God (God breathed) and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” And Jesus said, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” (Matt 4:4) Just think how blessed and privileged we are to minister to these precious children, giving them the living Word of God! May this weekend be a wonderful blessing for you as the Lord continues to direct you on His path!

Join us for this 2-day conference on February 20-21, 2026 where we will gather together as the Body of Christ to be encouraged, challenged, and equipped for the ministry of declaring the truth of the Word of God to our children and youth. Over the course of the conference you will have the opportunity to attend 7 hour-long workshops (3 on Friday and 4 on Saturday) from a choice of 85+ workshops that will strengthen you in evangelizing and discipling children and youth in settings such as within the church, through outreach, in your own home, and wherever else you might minister to them. You will also be able to attend 4 General sessions with worship. When you arrive you will receive your conference booklet and name tag. Coffee, water, and snacks will be available for attendees, and a box lunch from Jersey Mikes will be served on Saturday. The box *lunch includes: a sandwich, cookie, potato chips, apple slices, pickle spear, and a drink. *There will be options for Veggie & Veggie+Gluten-Free (See FAQ section for lunch selections).
